Curing the Ill in medical bills
By Beth Morgan

Do you know if you paid for the instruments used during your surgery?  Have you paid for things you shouldn't have?

Government studies have shown that 90% of medical bills can contain errors. Beth Morgan is one of forty individuals nationwide who has set out to correct this problem.  With healthcare costs rising, some of the rise can be attributed to errors and overcharges that often go undected by insurance companies or individuals who just pay.

Having been in the medical billing fields for more than 15 years, she has seen a lot of strange things end up on patient's bills.  For example, one patient was charged for the instruments used in his surgery.  These are considered to be routine items and one should not be charged.

Beth Morgan is a certified professional coder (CPC) as well as a certified compliance specialist (MCS-P) - physician based has set out to right the wrongs that are all to prevalent in the bills that many patients receive from their physicians, hospitals, or insurance companies.

Dealing with the medical bills can be worse than the sickness. Many people just doesn't want to look at them, they just pay them without thinking twice.  Yet, they could also be paying for things that they never received or should never have been charged for.

Morgan has joined forces with Medical Billing Advocates of America.  She, along with others in MBA of AM analyzes medical bills and looks for errors, overcharges, and inflated pricing for common items.  We're the "Medical bill busters."

When looking at an itemized bill and something looks suspicious, she'll research it.  Believe it or not, there are thousands and thousands of dollars out there that are overpaid each year because of these errors.

Regardless of whether you have insurance or not, errors do occur.  Affected more so are those who are under or un insured.  Their prices are often inflated and yet the discount that they could receive is off of the full price and not an negotiated price.

Like MBA of Am, Morgan will charge clients only a percentage of the billing errors.  If she finds them, you pay; if she doesn't, it's free.

Wouldn't you like to have her analyze your bills today?  She can possibly lower what you might have to pay or perhaps get you a refund if you have already paid.
