Purpose of Form: - The Budget Form is designed to provide you a with a well organized look at your income and expenses, and how your actual expenses stack up against the ideal budget percentages.

There are five tables to your budget. Expenses, Income, Income Available for Savings, Bill Percentages and Paycheck Distribution. In order to fully understand the Budget Form, please visit The Complete Budget and Bill Organizer. There are general instructions that will guide you through the entire budget process.

Expenses - Enter all of your expenses by specific item. This table is separated to reflect three of your budget categories.

Income - List all of your disposable income. This is money that you can actually use to cover bills, expenses and savings.

Income Available for Savings - List your total income from the income table and deduct your expenses to determine how much you have for savings.

Bill Percentages - Multiply your Total Income by the percentages listed in the table. Enter these figures next to the appropriate category under "estimated". Then enter your actual expenses in the appropriate category under "actual".

Paycheck Distribution - Using your total income, multiply by the percentages listed to come up with what you need to deposit for bills, take for your household expenses and deposit for long term savings and crisis fund.
