Just thought I'd let you know just how much I truly enjoy being a subscriber to the Budget Stretcher Premium and reading your weekly newsletter. Something I started doing shortly after I became a subscriber was to bookmark the links you provided after opening them to see what they were about. I even set up a totally separate folder titled "Grandpa Terry" and bookmark those websites/pages specifically to this folder. That way, if I need to go back for whatever reason to reread something, it's readily available instead of having to think over and over, "Now where did I see this on his website?" The latest one I just added just before writing this email is the link for a living will (Project Grace). I believe everyone should have one of these whether we have family or not, assets or not. This site is so packed full of info that I haven't been able to get through half of it. I'm not in debt in big figures 1 credit card very low balance, 2 car loans that will be paid off early next year and our home, but I still love the information in your site enough that I love to have access to all of it. My husband and I each have a savings account and I just started a smarty pig savings account for a deck we want to build next year. Normally my goal is to have at least 1/2 of the money saved before buying something. Our biggest expense is gas, our gas bill normally runs $500 - $600 a month, which we charge to a Citi card, earn dividend rewards on it and pay if off each month.
On top of all the great info on the site you are always giving us new stuff when you get it for free when we are members, you answer emails personally and you really care about us, we aren't just #'s and $'s to you, you have more than proved that. Most people think of setting goals as strictly long-term like retirement and college for the kids. While these are very important goals they are just the beginning. You need to decide what you and your family want your future to be and make all financial decisions with that in mind. Each of us have our own specific talents. Trying to come up with a one size fits all method of generating more income is next to impossible. But, if you take the time to really look at the talents you have you will probably find that you could use them to provide a product or service that people are willing to pay for.

Hi Grandpa Terry, I couldn't resist renewing my subscription to your Budget Stretcher Premium newsletter, certainly because the price was right. That, however, was not the only reason that factored into why I did this. Here are my others: 1) Each and every week there are always new tidbits of information that I find myself bookmarking for future reference. Some I save to my toolbar, some I save to a folder in my bookmarks with your name as a title. 2) The newsletter always comes across as if I am getting a handwritten letter from a relative I am very close to. It's very friendly and not as if automated and sounding robotic in nature.
